Project Description

The program has two components:

  1. In-class training
    • Upgrade language skills (English and French) and computer skills
    • Communication skills relative to administration
    • Document use and filing
    • Using new technologies
    • Basic numeracy relative to accounting
    • Development of personal and professional aptitudes 
  2. Eight (8) weeks of practical work experience

The project coordinator will work with each participant until they obtain a full time job post-practicum. The coordinator will also provide support in the six (6) months following the practicum. A certificate of completion will be given to each participant who successfully finishes the program.
