- Make Napoletana pizzas on a regular basis and ensure they meet quality standards
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of Napoletana Pizzas
- Demonstrate new cooking techniques and new equipment to the cooking staff
- Supervise activities of cooks and other kitchen workers
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
- Recruit and hire staff
- Inspect and clean kitchens, pizza service, and work areas
- Order Food & kitchen supplies, and equipment purchases and their repairs
- Maintain inventory and records of pizzas, supplies, and equipment
- Analyze operating costs and other data
- High School Certificate
3 years of related experience

- Skills and Knowledge: Has the skill set and knowledge to work with a high-temperature wood-burning oven, Master pizzaiola, and in-depth knowledge of Italian flours and products, ability to stretch the dough with bare hands.
