Accès Emploi offers job seekers many free employment services to develop your skills and increase your chances of being hired:

  • Individual support for your job search and career orientation
  • Writing and revision of your CV and cover letter
  • English conversation workshops (2 hrs/day – Monday to Friday)
  • Variety of employment programs
  • Exposure courses leading to a training certificate
  • Job board and printed resources
  • Free use of our facilities (computers, printer, photocopier, scanner, etc.)
  • Many other benefits (e.g., free bus tickets and childcare service during Accès Emploi appointments)

Transport

No means of transportation?
Our clients receive free bus tickets so that they can come and use our services! Book an appointment with one of our counsellors and take advantage of this opportunity.

Childcare

Need someone to look after your children so that you can have peace of mind during your job search?
We have partnered with the Institut Guy-Lacombe de la famille especially so that our clients can drop off their children at the daycare for free when using our services! You can meet with our employment counselors, attend workshops etc.

English courses

Want to improve your English?
We help you eliminate the language barriers to employment in Alberta. We offer free, useful English-language workshops. Call us for more details!

Self service

Have a coffee/tea on us during your job search sessions!

Accès Emploi provides tools that will facilitate your job search. Drop in to our office to use our computers, printer, fax and have acces to our job board and information resources for free!

If needed, you can also ask to meet with one of our employment counselors. They are trained to support you, whatever your situation!
